About The Author

Rose Kadende-Kaiser is a teacher, health coach, author, workshop facilitator, and mentor who specializes in the wellness needs of women at midlife, guiding and educating them on how to maintain a healthy weight, prevent type 2 diabetes and pursue their life's purpose in good health.

She is the author of "Belly Fat in Midlife: Practical Steps to Revitalize Your Changing Body" that provides an honest representation of her long journey to a healthier balance and success in preventing unstable blood sugar levels. With her family history of type 2 diabetes, weight gain and belly fat at midlife were early warning signs of pre-diabetes. Her main goal in writing the book was to inspire other women to know what to expect as they go through midlife and experience unusual hormonal changes along with weight gain and the buildup of fat around the abdomen. It provides them with a roadmap on how to effectively shrink belly fat and prevent health risks that an ever-expanding waistline poses.

She is the Founder of Season of Health, a wellness practice that offers 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and online courses for those who seek to improve their own dietary and lifestyle habits to achieve better health outcomes. 

She believes that healthy women are the doorways to healthy families and communities. Therefore, she is dedicated to supporting women to make their own self-care a priority so that they can achieve the healthiest versions of themselves as they model the behaviors they want to see others around them adopt.
